Lenore Lucille Dern

Lenore Lucille Dern passed away peacefully March 5, 2021 in Barrington.  She was born August 22, 1938 in Chicago to Hugh and Lucille Dern.

Lenore is survived by her husband of nearly 60 years, Jack; children, Jack Jr. (Laura) Dern, and James (Hyang) Dern; and grandchildren, Amanda, Brady, Christine, and James Jr.  She was preceded in death by her parents, and sister, Karen Wolffe.

Lenore, along with her husband Jack, owned and operated Logsdon Office Supply for 50 years. She was active in the Barrington community and a member of St. Matthew Lutheran Church in Barrington.  Lenore had a generous spirit and loved spending time with her grandchildren and playing bridge with her friends.
