Lillian Schaefer

Born April 26, 1920 in Chicago to Frank and Agatha Bonior, Lillian passed away Sunday, December 7, 2014 in Genoa City, WI at the age of 94.
Lillian married Raymond Schaefer November 3, 1945. They spent many happy years together until his passing in 2002. She will be fondly remembered as a loving mother, grandmother, a good friend, and hard worker with a tenacious, independent spirit. Lillian was a fun-loving woman who loved to laugh, enjoyed gardening and being outdoors socializing with her neighbors.
Lillian is survived by her children, Donald Schaefer, Judy Pratt; grandchildren, Zachary Schaefer, and the late Kyle Pratt; brother, Eugene Bonior; and many nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Raymond; grandson, Kyle; brothers, Emil, Thaddeus, and Frank; sisters,
Harriet and Genevieve; and infant son, Robert.
The visitation will be held Wednesday, December 10, from 9:30-10:30am at Davenport Family Funeral Home and Crematory, 419 E Terra Cotta Ave, Crystal Lake. Procession will follow to St. Thomas the Apostle Church for a Mass of Christian Burial at 11am. Burial will be held at St. Michael the Archangel Cemetery, Palatine.
