Lakemoor, IL,Memorial visitation for Linda R. Eckl. 68, of Lakemoor, will be held from 4-8 p.m., Friday, December 17, at Davenport Family Funeral Home, 149 W. Main Street (Lake-Cook Rd.), Barrington. Born October 12, 1942 in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, she passed away December 14, 2010 in Arlington Heights. Interment will be private. Beloved wife of Robert; devoted mother of Sue (Rick) Rosen-Kinney, Andrea (Brad) Slater, Catherine (Jon) Wenninger, and Bob (Suzanne) Eckl; cherished grandmother of Madi Rosen, RJ Kinney, Lily and Jake Slater, Jack Wenninger, and Emily, Kristyn and Brooke Eckl; loving daughter of the late Raymond and Audrey (nee Domke) Jansen; dear sister of the late Peter Jansen. She retired from Baird & Warner of Barrington after working there from 1978-1996 as a realtor, broker, manager and vice president. A member of the Community Church of Barrington, she also belonged to and was former president of the Barrington Junior Women?s Club. She was a member of, and former president of the Fox Valley Chapter of the American Needlepoint Guild. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society, 225 N.
