Lodovica (Dispensa) Mula

Lodovica “Lodi” Mula was born August 26, 1944, in Chicago to John Dispensa and Frances Naso.  She passed away peacefully, surrounded by her loving family, on March 25, 2021.

Lodi was a member of St. Francis of Assisi Fraternity of the Secular Franciscan Order in Crystal Lake.

Lodi is survived by her husband of nearly 56 years, Thomas; children, Lisa (Thomas) Abraham, Mary Frances (Randy) Gooden, and Elizabeth (Richard) Volling; grandchildren, Nicholas, Ryan, Hannah, Natalie, and Zachary; and sisters, Mary (late Joseph) Becker, and Sandra (Robert) Hodel-Runtz.  She was preceded in death by her parents.

Mass of Christian Burial will be at 10:30 am, Tuesday, March 30, at St. Thomas the Apostle Catholic Church, 451 W. Terra Cotta Ave, Crystal Lake.  Family only committal services will follow at Queen of Heaven Cemetery in Hillside.
