Born August 26, 1923 in Barrington, passed away peacefully November 15, 2014 in Barrington, surrounded by her loving family.
Lorraine enjoyed many years of square dancing with her husband, who was also a dance caller. She was a loving and devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and great grandmother.
Lorraine is survived by her husband of 70 years, Paul Foggy Thompson, sons; Allen Lee (late Caryl Chan), and Harry Paul (Karen) Thompson, grandchildren; Cheryl Davis, and Jolyn Reynolds, and great-grandchildren; Michael Davis, Caleb Davis, and Seth Barrix. She was preceded in death by her parents Elmer and Leila Webster.
Visitation will be held from 5-9pm, Wednesday, November 19 at Davenport Family Funeral Home and Crematory, 149 W. Main St (Lake-Cook), Barrington. Funeral service will be held at 11am, Thursday, November 20 at St. Paul United Church of Christ, 401 E. Main Street, Barrington. There will be visitation at the church for one hour prior to the service. Burial in Evergreen Cemetery, Barrington.
