Malissa Tranter, 41 of Cary, IL. Died March 16, 2011 in Barrington, IL. Born October 20 1969 in Libertyville, IL. Malissa was a loving wife, mother, sister and friend. She will be missed by everyone who knew her. She is survived by her loving husband John; cherished daughter, Danielle, parents, Todd and Cathy Gannon; brothers, Bill (Fiancée Patty) Shattuck, Chuck (Deanna) Shattuck; sisters, Teresa Shattuck, Tania (Brett) Pitzele, Jeannie Gannon; mother and father-in-law, Tom and Leslie Tranter. Visitation will be held from 5-9pm, Monday, March 21, at Davenport Family Funeral Home, 419 East Terra Cotta Ave., Crystal Lake, IL. 60014, with a celebration of life service at 7pm.
