Margaret J. Coates

Born October 16, 1933 in London, Ontario, Canada to the late John and Aileen (nee Sass) Highley, Margaret passed away peacefully Friday, January 18, 2019 in Barrington, Illinois at the age of 85.

Margaret was very devoted to her faith, practicing even into her later years. She was very social and loved spending time with her many friends. Margaret loved to sing and enjoyed playing Scrabble.

Margaret is survived by her son, Jason (Debbie); her granddaughters, Meghan and Michaela; her sisters, Kathie Highley and Christine (Bernie) Matthews.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Glen; sister, Barbara Vedell; and brother, Clayton Highley.

Margaret will be interred at a later date with her husband at Arlington National Cemetery, Arlington, Virginia.
