Margaret P. Craine,102, of Wilmette, passed away, on January 30,2012, in Barrington.
She was born on April 7,1909, to Jurgen and Dora Petersen, in Chicago.
Margaret is survived by her loving grandchildren, Michael Craine, Mary Caren (Gregory) Murawski, Mary Catherine (Robert) Daly, and John Craine; great-grandchildren, Megan, Dylan and Brendan Craine, Mary Alise and Mary Alaine Murawski, and Marc and Mary Clare Daly; sister, Jane Hassel; many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
She was preceded in death by her beloved husband George Sr.; loving son, George Jr. (Mary Carol) Craine; grandson; Marc Craine, brothers, Arthur and Jurgen “Pete.”
Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:30a.m., February 4,2012, at St. Anne Catholic Church, Barrington, (corner of Franklin and Ela Streets). A visitation will be held one hour prior to mass at church.
Burial will be held at All Saints Cemetery, Des Plaines, following the service.
