Maria De Jesus Guadarrama, 82, of Woodstock, was born on June 8, 1934 in Mexico to Julio Guadarrama and Maria Victoria Ortega. She passed away peacefully, surrounded by her family, on Sunday, October 16, 2015 in Woodstock.
Maria is survived by her children, Juana (Ubaldo) Ortega, Victoria (Arturo) Cuenca, Daniel Vazquez, Ismael (Cristina) Vazquez, Iride (James) Luehr, Marco Antonio (Selena) Vazquez, Santiago Raymundo (Blanca) Vazquez, and Jesus (Laura) Vazquez; her grandchildren, Jazmin, Alfonso, Paola, Daniel, Maria, Marlem, Sonia, Marco, Lorena, Nayeli, Lorena, Violeta, Arturo, Ismael, Elizabeth, Cristian, Christopher, Chriss, and Edward; her great grandchildren, Mariel, Ethan, Adelina, Carlos, Kenya, Eric, Ceasar, Liliana, Adain, Alonso, Emilio, Camila, Mia, Ema, Layla, and Virginia; and her sisters, Julia and Susana.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Ismael Vazquez; and her siblings, Jose, Dolores, Margarito, and Teresa.
The family will receive guests from 5-9pm, Tuesday, October 18, 2016 at Davenport Family Funeral Home, 419 E. Terra Cotta Ave., Crystal Lake, IL 60014. Prayers will be said at 9:30am, Wednesday, October 19, 2016 at the funeral home, proceeding to St. Thomas the Apostle Catholic Church, 451 Terra Cotta Ave., Crystal Lake, IL 60014 for a funeral Mass at 10am. Interment will be held privately.
