Maria Lydon

Maria was born April 6, 1937 in Chicago to Matthew and Edith Harte. She passed away peacefully January 19, 2017 in Barrington.
She is survived by her husband of 57 years, Donald Lydon; children, Donna (Stephen) Turk and Kathy (Mike) Rickerson; grandchildren, Morgan “the joy of her life”, Kelly, “the love of her life”, and her favorite grandson, Gavin, “the light of her life”; and her “Beloved Friends of 61 years”, Irene (the late Bill) Fanelli, Flo (Walt) Smithe, and Marie (Bill) Yacullo. She was preceded in death by her parents and brother, William.
Visitation will be 3-9pm, Monday, January 23 at Davenport Family Funeral Home, 149 W. Main St. (Lake-Cook Road), Barrington.
Mass of Christian Burial will be at 10am, Tuesday, January 24 at St. Frances de Sales Catholic Church, 135 S. Buesching Road, Lake Zurich, where there will be visitation from 9am until the mass. Burial in St. Michael the Archangel will follow.
