Marie Schaack, 109, of Barrington, passed away peacefully on June 20, 2021. She was born on the family farm on February 14, 1912 in Tonica, IL to Louis and Nettie Ott.
Marie is survived by her loving son, Robert W. (Linda) Schaack; grandson, Robert E. (Heather) Schaack and great-grandson, Josh Jones. She was preceded in death by her husband George in 1986, her parents and siblings, Earl L. Ott, Ramona Patterson and Wesley A. Ott.
Visitation will be Friday, June 25, 2021 from 5 PM until 8 PM at Davenport Family Funeral Home, 149 W. Main Street (Lake-Cook Rd) Barrington, IL 60010. Visitation will resume on Saturday, June 26 from 9:30 AM until the time of service at 10 AM at St. Matthew Lutheran Church, 720 S. Dundee Avenue, Barrington. Burial will follow at Irving Park Cemetery, Chicago.
