Marilyn Swanke

Marilyn Hope Swanke, 66, formerly of Markesan, WI, passed away on December 5, 2015 surrounded by her family.
She was born in Oak Park on February 26, 1949 to William and Lola Hennig.

Marilyn enjoyed crafting, cross stitching, watching movies, babysitting, and taking care of her beloved animals.

She is survived by her children, Hope (Jim) Wilderman of Markesan, WI, Richard (Katherine) Henson of Crystal Lake, and Eric Henson of Pekin, IL; grandchildren, Tesslyn (Ryan), Frankie (Allen), Taylor (Ryan), Eric, Mikayla, Shelby, Megan, Samantha, Andi, and Greyson; great granddaughter, Zoey; mother, Lola A. Hennig; siblings, Allen (Donna) Hennig and Lola (Dennis) Hillderbrand; nieces and nephews, Heather, Christie, Ann, Kate, Bill, Brian, Michelle, Melissa, and Steven; and special buddy, Chase.

Marilyn was preceded in death by her father, William E. Hennig and brother William M. Hennig.

Visitation will be held Saturday, December 12, from 11 am until the time of a memorial service at 2 pm at Davenport Family Funeral Home, 419 E Terra Cotta Ave., (Rte. 176), Crystal Lake.
