Marion Sheppard

Marion Sheppard, 95, of Kerrville, TX; Brecksville, OH; recently of Lake Zurich, IL passed away peacefully on July 13, 2024. She was born at home on July 30, 1928 in Hammond, IN to William and Wanda Misch.

Marion was a loving wife, mother, grandma and great-grandma. She was a dedicated volunteer to many causes, most recently she devoted many hours to Peterson Hospice in Texas.

It is impossible to encapsulate the life and essence of this beautiful woman in just a few short paragraphs. No words can accurately describe the goodness of her soul and the immense capacity of her heart to give and to love. We are bereft but ever grateful for the magical memories she has left embedded in our heart. She is so loved. 

Marion will be deeply missed by her children, Thomas (Vicki) Sheppard, Barbara (Tom) Dolan, Stephen (Linda) Sheppard, William Sheppard, Mary (Bill) Olson and Karen Fuentes; daughter-in-law, Michele Sheppard; 12 grandchildren; 8 great-grandchildren; and by many nieces, nephews and extended friends and family.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her loving husband of 65 years, Francis; her daughter, Joan and by her siblings.

Services and interment will be held privately by family.
