Crystal Lake, Illinois,MARSHALL RAE GOSS Marshall Rae Goss, 51, a life-long resident of Crystal Lake, passed away on Monday, November 8, 2010 in Crystal Lake. Born on June 3, 1959, he was the son of the late Ronald Gene and Susann(Pettigrew) Goss. A 1977 graduate of Cary-Grove High School, he attended the University of Wisconsin ? Stout where he majored in Graphic Arts. He worked for Black Dot Graphics in Crystal Lake as well as the family business, Red Line Litho, also in Crystal Lake. He enjoyed biking, fishing and camping. He is survived by his former wife, Mary Ellen Goss, of Crystal Lake; three children, James, Caitlain and Nate Goss, of Crystal Lake; his sister, Deborah (Richard) Stoddard of Crystal Lake; his brothers, Geno (Linda) Goss of Barrington and Patrick (Lindy) Goss of Evanston; nieces Allison, Claire and Madeline Goss; and several cousins. He was preceded in death by his parents. A Memorial Service will be held at 11am, Saturday, November 20 at the First Congregational Church, 461 Pierson St, Crystal Lake where the family will receive friends from 10am until the time of the service.
