Lake Barrington, Illinois,The Mass of Christian Burial for Mary Lee Hagemann (nee McLamore), 80 will be held at 10 a.m., Saturday, January 29, 2011, at St. Anne Church, 120 Ela St. (at the corner of Franklin St.), Barrington, where there will be visitation from 9 a.m. until the time of Mass. Father Jack Dewes will officiate. Burial will be in All Saints Cemetery, Des Plaines. There will also be visitation from 5:30-8:00 p.m., Friday, January 28, 2011, at the Davenport Family Funeral Home, 149 W. Main St. (Lake-Cook Road), Barrington. Born June 23, 1930 in Chicago, she passed away Sunday, January 23, 2011, at Alden Estates of Barrington. Mary married her first husband, and Maine Township high school sweetheart, Thomas, in 1948. Mary was a homemaker, worked with her first husband at Maybelline Deluxe Mascara, was a developer of Farm Trails and East Oaksbury in Barrington, and ran an art gallery (Art Potentials) in Barrington, prior to moving to Sanibel Island, FL, with her husband, Robert, where they lived for 15 years. She then moved to her current residence in Lake Barrington Shores. Survivors include her children, Sue (Jerry) Zboch of Mundelein, Terri Rueckert of Hawthorne Woods, Trudy (Keith) Dietzen Longmont, CO, Thomas (Rita) Hewes of Ringwood, Michael (Cecily) Hewes of Chatham, NJ, and David (Karen) Hewes of Stillwater, MN; step-children, Robert (Marybeth) Hagemann, Jr. of Florida, Lee Hagemann of Barrington, and Kim Hagemann of Carpentersville; 27 grandchildren; and 9 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her first husband, Thomas R. Hewes in 1963, and husband, Robert G. Hagemann in 1999; parents, Edward and Dorothy (nee Dickinson) McLamore; and brother, William McLamore.
