Mary Phillips Kamps

Mary was born June 4, 1959, in Chicago.  She passed away peacefully at her home July 22, 2018, surrounded by her family.

Mary was an avid Chicago Cubs fan who loved art, traveling, gardening, yoga, and spending time on the deck with her family.  She will be deeply missed by her loving family and friends.

Mary is survived by her husband of over 35 years, Steven; children, Matthew (Elena), Shaun, and Bennett Kamps; parents, William and Mary Ellen Phillips; brothers, Matthew (Chrysanthe), Michael (DeeAnn), Peter “Lester” (Mary Beth), and Timothy (Jamie) Phillips; and a grandson due in December.

Memorial visitation will be 4pm until 8pm Wednesday, July 25 at Davenport Family Funeral Home, 149 W. Main St. (Lake-Cook Rd.), Barrington.  There will be a memorial service beginning at 7pm.
