Mary C. Murphy

Mary C. Murphy, 34, of Barrington, passed away peacefully surrounded by her family on August 7, 2020. She was born on December 1, 1985 in Barrington to Michael and Renee Murphy.

A lifelong resident of Barrington, Mary was a proud graduate of Barrington High School. She enjoyed cooking and traveling. She loved to laugh and had a great sense of humor.

In addition to her parents, Mary will be deeply missed by her brother, Joseph Murphy; grandparents, Margaret Murphy, Thomas (Merry) Bateman, Catherine Dodge; aunts and uncles, Tom Murphy, Jim (Gerri) Murphy, Kathy (Dave) Hoerer, Peggy (Steve) Kramer, Greg Murphy, Karen Jacobson, Patricia Grimes, Donna (Tim) Healy, Robert (Martha) Murphy; Timothy (Gloria) Murphy, Nancy (William) Hopper, Dennis Murphy; and by many loving cousins. Mary is further survived by her cherished lifelong Barrington friends, Valerie, Dana, Christine, Patricia and Meredith.

She was preceded in death by her grandfather, Thomas Murphy.

Memorial visitation will be Saturday, August 15, 2020 from 1 PM until the 4:30 PM memorial service at Davenport Family Funeral Home and Crematory, 149 West Main Street, Barrington, IL 60010. Interment will be private.
