Matt Maiben
March 23, 1970 — December 21, 2017
Matt was born March 23, 1970 in Columbia, MO, the beloved son of Dean and Vicki (nee McLaughlin) Maiben. He passed away unexpectedly December 21, 2017 at his home in Chicago.
Matt was a graduate of Barrington high school class of 88. He was a talented light and glass artist and owner of Niche Signs.
Friends and family visiting hours will be 4pm until the Celebration of Life at 7pm, Friday December 29, at the Arlington Heights Ward of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, 2035 N. Windsor Dr, Arlington Heights. Burial will be private.
Matt was loved by many people and survived by his parents, Dean and Vicki Maiben; sister, Melinda (Vilath Kinnavongsa) Maiben; nieces, Chloe, Caelie, and Emerson; sister in law, Jennifer Katz; nephews, Zalen and Noah; and many aunts, uncles, cousins, and dear friends. Preceded in death by his brother Benjamin Maiben.
