Michael Doerner

Michael Doerner, 80, of Crystal Lake, passed away Wednesday, May 1, 2013, in Woodstock. He was born on July 5, 1932, to Stephen and Caterina Doerner in Austria.

Michael is survived by his daughter, Gabriele and her husband, Jesus Gutierrez; son, Michael Doerner; granddaughter, Emily Reego; and sister, Elizabeth Maiers.

He was preceded in death by his wife of 30 years, Gertrude (nee Luther), and his parents.

Visitation will be held from 10 until the time of service at 12noon, Friday, May 3, 2013, at Davenport Family Funeral Home, 419 E. Terra Cotta Ave. (IL Route 176), Crystal Lake, IL 60014.

Burial will be held at Ridgewood Memorial Park, 9900 North Milwaukee Ave, Des Plaines, IL 60016, following the service at the funeral home.
