Michael Spitzer

Michael E. Spitzer, of Prairie Grove, was born December 6, 1953 in Alamo, Tennessee, and passed away on Tuesday, August 23, 2016 at the age of 62.
Michael is survived by his wife of 40 years, Donna (nee Dean); children, Trisha (Dino) Calabrese and Michael (Kelly) Spitzer; grandchildren, Maya and Dean Calabrese, and Chloe and M.J. Spitzer; and sister, Sherry (Chip) Miller.
The family invites you to come celebrate Michael's life on Friday, August 26, from 4-9 p.m. at Davenport Family Funeral Home and Crematory, 419 E Terra Cotta Ave (IL Rte 176) Crystal Lake.
A time of visitation will continue the following morning, Saturday, August 27, beginning at 10:00 a.m. until the service at 11:00 a.m. at the funeral home. Burial will follow at St. Michael the Archangel Cemetery, 1185 W. Algonquin Rd, Palatine.
