Michael Werner

The memorial service for Michael H. Werner, 50 will be held at 10 a.m., Monday, April 11, 2011, at the Mooseheart House of God, 255 W. James J. Davis Dr., Mooseheart, IL, with a luncheon to follow. Born August 10 1960 in Fort Rucker, AL, he died Thursday, March 17, 2011, at his home. Michael grew up in Tower Lakes, was a graduate of Carmel High School in Mundelein, and attended John Carrol University in University Heights, OH. He went on to become an estimator for Specialty Printing in Skokie. Michael was the beloved husband of 27 years to Trudi (nee Lietzau); loving father of Bryan, C.J., and Ashley; cherished son of John and Mary Ann (nee Lauret); dear brother of Dan, Tim (Wendy), Tom (Chris Ann), John (Jamie) Werner, and Bridget (Kevin) Pyne; and is further survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends. He was preceded in death by his grandparents; and aunt and Godmother, Jane (nee Lauret) Barry. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the family for an education fund for the Werner children.
