Michele Lynn Krussell

Michelle Lynn Krussell, 55, of Crystal Lake, passed away on January 2, 2022. She was born on April 27, 1966 in Elgin, IL to Kenneth and Sharon Collett.

Michele was a loving mother and wife who was devoted to her friends and family first and foremost. She enjoyed cooking, planting flowers, tending her garden, and spending time with the ones closest to her. In addition, Michele was an avid sports fan who loved cheering on her Boston Red Sox and OAKLAND Raiders. Michele loved taking care of people and was as loving, thoughtful, and as genuine as a person can get.

Michele will be deeply missed by her devoted husband, John; her loving son, Jorden; her father Ken, as well as the rest of her friends and family.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Sharon, her brother, Kip, and her grandmother Mary.

Visitation will be Sunday, January 9, 2022 from 3 PM until 7 PM at Davenport Family Funeral Home and Crematory, 419 E. Terra Cotta Ave. (Rte. 176), Crystal Lake, IL 60014. Visitation will resume on Monday, January 10, from 9 AM until the 10 AM funeral service at the funeral home. Interment will be private.
