Michelle was born July 21, 1964 in Waukegan to Michael and Jayne Stephanidis. She passed away peacefully at her home March 13, 2019.
Michelle is survived by her husband of 30 years, Michael; children, Samantha, Cassandra (Kevin) Brusky, Alexander, and Zachary; father, Michael; sister, Thayae (Ralph) Weber; and brother, Steve Stephanidis. She was preceded in death by her mother, Jayne; brother John; and sister, Becky.
Visitation will begin at 9:30am, Monday March 18 at Davenport Family Funeral Home, 941 S. Old Rand Road, Lake Zurich followed by a procession to St. Francis de Sales Catholic Church 135 S. Buesching Road, Lake Zurich, for Mass of Christian Burial at 11am. Burial will be private.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to the American Cancer Society, www.cancer.org.
