Miriam Latragna

Miriam Latragna, 73, of Barrington, died, July 30, 2013, in Barrington.
She was born on August 8, 1939, to Hernando and Maruja Riveros, in Choachi, Colombia.
Miriam enjoyed spending time with family, friends, especially her grandchildren. She cherished her lifelong childhood friends from Colegio de Maria Auxiliadora; a catholic boarding school.
Miriam is survived by her loving husband, Vincent; children, Angie (John) Konieczka, Michael Latragna and Gina (Gerard) Kelly; grandchildren, John Konieczka and Vincent Kelly; sister, Mabel Riveros; brothers, Hernando (Esperanza) Riveros, Ernesto (Monica) Riveros and Hector Riveros; her mother, Maruja Riveros, many nieces, nephews and cousins.
She was preceded in death by her father.
Visitation will be held from 3-8p.m., Sunday, August 4, 2013, at Davenport Family Funeral Home, 149 West Main Street (Lake-Cook Rd), Barrington, IL 60010.
Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11a.m., Monday, August 5, 2013, at St. Anne Catholic Church, 120 Ela Street (corner of Franklin and Ela streets), Barrington, IL 60010, where there will be a second visitation held one hour prior to mass at church.
Burial will be held at St. Michael the Archangel Catholic Cemetery, Palatine, following mass.
Memorials may be made to St. Anne Catholic Church.
