Nancy Rae Morris Martines,75, of Barrington, at rest November 14, 2011. Beloved mother of Cindy (Perry Mark) Whitehair and Julie (Todd) Graham; loving grandmother of Perry Stephen Whitehair; devoted daughter of the late Harold and Lorraine Day Morris; and cherished friend of former husband Steve Martines.
Born in Boone, IA, she lived the majority of her adult life in the Chicago area. After her daughters were grown she dedicated herself to helping others as a volunteer at Central DuPage Hospital in Winfield.
A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m., Friday, November 18, at Davenport Family Funeral Home, 149 W. Main St. (Lake-Cook Rd.), Barrington,60010, where visitation will be held from 10 a.m. until the time of the service. Burial will be private.
