Nicolas Adupe

Nicolas "Nick" Adupe, 55, of Woodstock, IL, passed away unexpectedly on Friday, October 26, 2012 in McHenry.
He was born on December 6, 1956, in Naga City, Philippines to Wenceslao and Milagros Adupe. Throughout Nick's life he enjoyed listening to and singing Elvis Presley's music.
Nick has been a hardworker and very good employee, as a nursing assistant and physical therapist. He finished and graduated as a physical therapist in the Philippines.
He worked in Advocate Good Shepherd Hospital in Barrington, IL for five years, and also worked in The Fountains Nursing Home in Crystal Lake, IL for 14 years. Throughout his life he has worked in healthcare and serving sick people in The Fountains Nursing Home until he died.
Nick is survived by children, Nicanne Adupe, Nicolazie Adupe and Nicobrian Adupe; sisters, Elsa Nacional, Helen (Sol) Daya, Leony (Florito) Aguila and Josefina Adupe; brothers, Asencion (Helen) Adupe and Jose (Jessie) Adupe; and nieces, nephews and many cousins.
He was preceded in death by two sisters, Remy Bertulfo and Norma Rubio, and parents.
Visitation will be from 10:30-11:30a.m., Tuesday, October 30,2012 at Davenport Family Funeral Home, 419 E. Terra Cotta Ave., Crystal Lake, IL 60014. Mass will take place at 12p.m., Tuesday, October 30,2012, at St. Thomas Catholic Church, 451 W. Terra Cotta Ave., Crystal Lake, IL 60014.
