Nova Grace Nolte was born on March 6, 2015 and gained her angel wings on May 10, 2021 surrounded by her loving family following a long and courageous battle with Aicardi Syndrome.
Nova defied all odds when she was born. She was a strong, determined little fighter that earned her the title of Aicardi Warrior. Her superpower was her long, beautiful hair that everyone loved. In her brief time here, she touched the lives of so many people she met.
Nova loved going on walks, kittens, duckies, birdies, monkeys (especially Curious George), princesses, mermaids and, of course, unicorns. She loved to watch Disney’s ZOMBIES and Descendants. She even enjoyed playing Mario as (her favorite) Princess Peach. Nova’s dream came true when Make-a-Wish granted her a trip to Disney World.
Left to cherish Nova’s memory are her devoted parents, Lauren (nee Loconti) and Ryan Nolte; cherished grandparents, Sheri and Phil Jr. Loconti, Candi and Tim Nolte; great-grandparents, Theresa Loconti and Sue Key; her uncle, Phil Loconti III and her aunt, Jenny (Robert) Miller; her cousin, Jasmine Terrell and by her extended family and friends.
She was preceded in death by her great-fathers, Phil Loconti Sr and Kenny Key.
