Patricia Audrey Adams (nee Cronin) passed away peacefully December 27, 2016.
Loving daughter of the late Thomas and Audrey Cronin. Beloved mother of James, Timothy, Therese (William) and Patricia, and the late Michael. Loving grandmother of Justin and Michael Lehocky, Kyle Adams, Jessie and William Kickert Jr. Fond sister of the late Sister Mary Ellen Cronin, SOP, Margaret Baker, Georgeann Pyke and Thomas Cronin Jr. Aunt of many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be Tuesday, January 3, 2017 from 10:30 AM until time of Funeral Mass at 11 AM at St. Hilary's Parish, 5600 N. Fairfield Ave., Chicago, IL. Interment to follow at All Saints Cemetery, Des Plaines.
