Patricia Boyland

Patricia M. (Schmidt) Boyland, 79, of Crystal Lake passed away Sunday, July 29, 2012 in Woodstock surrounded by her loving family.

She was born November 10, 1932 in Chicago.

Patricia was a waitress in Crystal Lake for 25 years and a school bus driver for Crystal Lake District 155 and 47 for ten years. She enjoyed volunteering as an election judge, but she especially loved the time she spent with her family and grandchildren.

Patricia is survived by her husband of 25 years, Robert Boyland; children, Deborah (Marty) Struck, Donna (Robert) Hodgson, Gregory (Elizabeth) Schmidt, Laura (Keith) Jonasen, and Jeffrey Schmidt; daughter-in-law Margot Schmidt; step-son Bart Boyland; twelve grandchildren; and sixteen great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Henry and Gladys Holbrook and her son Frank D. Schmidt.

Visitation will be 3pm until the time of the service at 7pm, Friday, August 3 at Davenport Family Funeral Home, 419 E. Terra Cotta Ave (IL Rt 176), Crystal Lake. Interment is private.
