Patricia Mizak

Patricia Mizak, 79, of Lake Zurich, was born on March 14, 1939 to the late Frank and the late Rosalie (nee Kusek) Pacut and passed away on October 16, 2018.

Patricia was married to the love of her life, the late Raymond Mizak for 41 years. She will be greatly missed by her loving children, Cheryl Mizak, Kathleen (Dan) Collet, Laura (Dave) Majkowski, Lisa (Ed) Groberski and Raymond Mizak; and her grandchildren, Philip Hellyer, Christina (fiancé, Jim Herran) Collet, Eddie (fiancé, Jackie McClellan) Groberski and Jennifer Majkowski. The loves of Patricia’s life were her faith and family, including her pets.

A Memorial Mass will be held on Friday, October 19 at 10:00am at St. Francis de Sales Catholic Church, 135 S. Buesching Rd., Lake Zurich. Interment will be held privately at Transfiguration Catholic Cemetery, Wauconda.
