The Mass of Christian Burial for Patricia G. Sullivan (nee Murphy),85, will be held at Noon, Monday, December 10, at St. Anne Church, 120 N. Ela St. (at the corner of Franklin St.), Barrington, where there will be visitation from 10:30 a.m. until the time of Mass.The celebrant will be Father Tom Bishop.Inurnment will be private.Born March 26,1927, in New York City to the late Michael and Lillian (nee Paisley) Murphy, she passed away Friday, December 7,2012, at her home.Mrs. Sullivan was a loving and caring wife, mother, and grandmother and a great cook, avid golfer, and a cheerleader for her children and grandchildren.Survivors include her husband of 55 years, Joseph, whom she married May 18,1957, in New York City; children, Kevin (Maria) Sullivan of Naperville, Karen (Jack) Lambert of Barrington, Kelley (Tom) Prentiss of Barrington, Kerry (Eileen) Sullivan of St. Charles; grandchildren, Shannon, Michael, and Dylan Sullivan, Tyler, Lindsey, and Erin Lambert, Patrick and Caroline Prentiss, and Margaret, Colin, Sean, and Aidan Sullivan; and many nieces and nephews.In addition to her parents, Mrs. Sullivan was preceded in death by her eight brothers and sisters.In lieu of flowers, memorials in Mrs. Sullivan's name may be made to the Hospice Foundation of Northeastern Illinois, 405 Lake Zurich Rd., Barrington, IL 60010 or www.hospiceanswers.org or Advocate Good Shepherd Hospital,450 W.
