Patricia Wolf,61, of Crystal Lake, passed away on August 31,2011, in Chicago IL.She was born on November 23,1949, in Chicago, to Ralph and Irma Biasiello.Pat was an active member of the Crystal Lake community as a realtor first for Re/Max and then for Prudential, collectively for over 25 years.She enjoyed cooking, gardening, collectibles, and spending time with family and loved ones.Pat is survived by loving partner John Adamski; cherished children, David Wolf and Tracy Wolf; father, Ralph Biasiello; brother, Tim (Marilyn) Biasiello; sister, Marsha (David)Belle; a special little boy, Ben; many loving aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.Memorial visitation will be held on Thursday, September 8 from 3-9pm at Davenport Family Funeral Home, 419 E. Terra Cotta Ave. (IL Rt. 176)Crystal Lake, IL 60014. A Memorial Service will be held on Friday, September 9 at 11am at Willow Creek Community Church of Crystal Lake, 220 Exchange Dr, Crystal Lake.In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in Pat's name to Harris National Bank, Attn: Bank Teller, 5545 Northwest Highway, Crystal Lake,IL 60014.
