Patricia A. Zaryczny

Patricia A. Zaryczny, 86, of Crystal Lake, was born January 12, 1933 in Ashland Township, MI to Frank and Delia (Christian) Gillis. She passed away peacefully, surrounded by her family on Wednesday, February 27, 2019 at her home in Crystal Lake.

Patricia was a dedicated homemaker who also worked as a seamstress and an assembly worker. She loved her family and family pets, was passionate about gardening and music, enjoyed cooking and reading, and was a devout member of the Catholic church.

She is survived by her husband, Chester Zaryczny; her children, Arlene (Herman) Hudson, Cindy (Douglas) Wheat, and Linda (Timothy Nunes) Gushulak; her grandchildren, Eric (Hallie) Hudson, Ashley (Scott) Brown, Matthew and Alex Gushulak, and Austin and Alyssa Wheat; her great grandchildren, Hayden, Ethan, Caleb and Nathan; and her brother, Joseph (Jackie) Gillis.

She is preceded in death by her siblings, Gordon, Frances, Edmere, Maryann, and Arlene; and her parents.

A visitation will be held from 9am until time of prayers at 10:30am, Monday, March 4, 2019 at Davenport Family Funeral Home, 419 E. Terra Cotta Ave., Crystal Lake, proceeding to St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church, 1023 McHenry Ave., Crystal Lake for Mass at 11am. Burial to take place at 10:30am, Tuesday, March 5, 2019 at Abraham Lincoln National Cemetery in Elwood.
