Paul Feightner, 75, passed away peacefully at home surrounded by his family on February 24, 2022. He was born on October 14, 1946, in McKeesport, PA to the late Paul and Catherine Feightner.
He graduated from Pennsylvania State University with a degree in Business Logistics, where he played lacrosse and met the love of his life, Patricia. After graduation, the newlyweds moved from Pennsylvania to Illinois, where Paul was a longtime employee of Allstate Insurance.
Upon his retirement, Paul could usually be found either watching a Penn State athletic competition or betting on the horses at the off-track. On the weekends, Paul was a regular on the sidelines or in the audience watching his grandchildren in their various sports and activities.
Paul is survived by his wife of 52 years, Patricia; their 3 children, Trish (Todd) Baczek, Michael (Kristin) Feightner, Katie (Cyrus) Clausen; 9 beloved grandchildren, Paul, Drew, Jack, Chase, Grace, Caleb, Maggie, Anna, and James; siblings Kathryn Feightner, Patricia (Don) Blanner, and Thomas (Terry) Feightner. This is along with his extended family and many dear friends. Paul was preceded in death by his parents and his younger brother, Michael Feightner.
Visitation will be Friday, March 4, 2022, between 4-8pm at Davenport Family Funeral Home and Crematory, 941 S. Old Rand Road, Lake Zurich, IL 60047, followed by mass at 10am on Saturday, March 5, 2022, at Saint Francis de Sales Catholic Church, 33 S Buesching Rd, Lake Zurich.
