Paul Anthony Jonas

Paul Jonas, 62, of Crystal Lake IL died unexpectedly on Monday, August 16, 2021.

Paul is survived by his wife, Robin, his children Troy and Ross and grandson Cade and sister Linda.

He is preceded in death by his brother Mike and his father and mother, Otto and Rita. Paul was an excellent father, husband and brother.

He was a extremely hard worker and also cherished the time he spent with his family. Paul was a car enthusiast and loyal Chicago Bears fan. Paul and Robin were married October 11, 1980 and enjoyed 40 years of blissful marriage.

The Broken Chain

We little knew that day, God was going to call your name.

In life we loved you dearly, In death, we do the same.

It broke our hearts to lose you. You did not go alone.

For part of us went with you, The day God called you home.

You left us beautiful memories, Your love is still our guide.

And although we cannot see you, You are always at our side.

Our family chain is broken, And nothing seems the same,

But as God calls us one by one, The chain will link again.
