Paul R. Lantz

Paul R. Lantz, 91, of Crystal Lake passed away on December 16, 2017 at home with his children at his side. He was born in Kirkville, IA on December 24, 1925 to Chester and Ruth Lantz.
In 1944 Paul enlisted in the US Marine Corps during WWII. He married Frances Isenberg on January 15, 1946. They celebrated 62 years of marriage before her passing in May of 2007.
Paul is survived by his children, Phillip Lantz of Crystal Lake and Patricia “Trish” (the late William M.) Sink of Cary; grandchildren, Jennifer (Steve) Lifka of McHenry and Jeffrey (Michelle) Sink of Lake Zurich; great grandchildren, William M. II “Billy,” Brendan, and Samantha Sink; and sisters, Carol Klein of Arizona and Lois Laines of Colorado.
He was preceded in death by his wife; parents; and siblings, Clyde Lantz, Gwen Cobble, and Leona Carter.
Services for Paul will be held privately.
