Peter Haupers Sr

Peter Raymond Haupers Sr., 93, of Barrington, died Monday, February 17, 2014 in Schaumburg.

He was born on August 9, 1920 to William and Therese Haupers in Chicago.

Peter is survived by his sons, Dr. Peter (Barbara) Haupers Jr., Michael (Kathy) Haupers, and Joseph Haupers; grandchildren, Dr. Mary (Bill Neurauter) Haupers, Peter Haupers III, Cassandra (Daniel) Malandrino, Jennifer, Joseph, Michael, and Meghan Haupers; one great-grandchild, Arabella Marie Haupers; and his sister, Sister Ann Therese.

He was preceded in death by his wife of 62 years, Margaret; parents; sister, Catherine Lewis; and brother, William Haupers.

Visitation will be held from 9a.m. until the time of mass at 11a.m. Saturday, February 22 at St. Anne Catholic Church, 120 Ela Street (corner of Franklin and Ela Streets), Barrington. Burial will be held at St. Michael’s Catholic Cemetery, Palatine following mass.
