Ray Kasicki
June 19, 1935 — February 8, 2016
Raymond Joseph Kasicki, of McHenry, formerly of Park Ridge, passed away surrounded by his family on Monday, February 8, 2016 at the age of 80.
He was born in Chicago to Frank and Bertha (nee Scammahorn) Kasicki. For over 50 years, Ray was employed with Edward Hines Lumber Company. He also proudly served in the US Army.
In addition to his loving wife of 55 years, Diane, he is survived by his children, Robin (Don) Schmidt, Dawn (Jim) Niehoff, Laurel (Victor) Paskus, Raymond “RJ” (Marina) Kasicki, and Neil (Margaret) Kasicki; his grandchildren, Michael, Cassie, Sarah, Carly, Cameron, Lily, Ethan, and Charlie; and he was a loving brother to Marion, Frank, Robert, Shirley, Rose, and Norman.
A memorial service for Ray will be held at a later date.
