Raymond Vieth Jr

Raymond L. Vieth, Jr., 58, of Crystal Lake, formerly of Chicago, passed away Monday, September 20,2010, in his home. He was Vice President of Finance at Swedish Covenant Hospital, Chicago. He was the husband of Laurie M. (nee Journy), father of Tim (Denise) and Michael (Yashoda) Vieth; grandfather of Mathias, Cooper and Sydney Vieth; brother of Paul (Donna), Mark (Sonia), and Xenia (Dan Masson) Vieth; brother-in-law of Sharon (Kevin) Aagaard; uncle to many nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews. The visitation will be from 3 to 9pm, Thursday, September 23 at Davenport Family Funeral Home, 419 E. Terra Cotta Ave. (IL Rt 176), Crystal Lake. The Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11am, Friday, September 24 at Resurrection Catholic Church, 2918 S. Country Club Rd., Woodstock, preceded by visitation from 10am until the time of Mass. Father Richard Grek will be the celebrant. Interment is private. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Salvation Army, 290 W. Crystal Lake Ave., Crystal Lake IL 60014.
