Ricky Griffith

Woodstock, Illinois,Ricky "Rick" J. Griffith, 50 of Woodstock, died Thursday, June 10,2010, at his home. He was born August 18, 1959, in Hazard, Kentucky to the late Rex and Hazel (nee Combs) Griffith. Rick worked for 25 years at Firestone in Deerfield and Tire Exchange in Northbrook. He enjoyed camping, fishing, and NASCAR. Rick was a kind and gentle man who enjoyed spending time with his wife, family, and friends. He will be an angel who we will always carry in our hearts. He is survived by his wife and soulmate, Tina M. Griffith (nee Rueff), whom he married September 22, 1990 at the First Congregational Church in Crystal Lake; brother, Michael James (Debbie) Griffith of Antioch; and several nieces and nephews. The memorial visitation will be from 9 a.m. until the time of the memorial service at 10 a.m., Saturday, June 26, 2010, at the First Congregational Church of Crystal Lake, 461 Pierson St., Crystal Lake.
