Rita A. Gleason, 71 of St. Charles

Born July 28, 1943 in Chicago, passed away unexpectedly December 9, 2014.

Rita was a beloved mother, grandmother, and great grandmother who loved her family unconditionally and was a dedicated social worker and therapist. She had a gentle soul and a vivacious spirit that touched everyone she met. Rita was beautiful inside and out, her smile illuminated a room and she will be dearly missed.

Rita is survived by her daughters; Dana (Chris) Eisenhauer, and Dina (Gary) Gryna, grandchildren; Jason (Amy) Eisenhauer, Allison (Fiance Brad Werrbach) Eisenhauer, Caitlyn (Jason) Klasek, Morgan, and Lilly Eisenhauer, and Emmy and Sam Gryna, great grandchildren Mackson and Ella Eisenhauer, brother Jimmy Conley, sister Mary Pat (Gary) Fritz, longtime companion Todd Johnston, lifelong friends Pat Reynolds and Patti Purmann, and many more cherished friends . She was preceded in death by her parents Jackie Gleason and Norma Conley, and grandson Joshua Gryna.

Memorial visitation will be held from 3pm until the time of the memorial service at 7pm, Saturday, December 13 at Davenport Family Funeral Home and Crematory, 149 W. Main St, Barrington.
