Robert J. England, 88, of Marshall, MO, former longtime resident of Lake Zurich, IL, died Saturday, October 13, 2018, at The Living Center in Marshall.
A graveside service will be held at 1:30 p.m. Friday, October 19, 2018 at Evergreen Cemetery in Barrington, IL. Friends may call from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Tuesday, October 16, 2018, at Campbell-Lewis Funeral Home in Marshall. Born July 8, 1930, in Marshall, MO, he was the son of the late Lloyd O. England and Lillie Belle Nichols England. Bob was married to Margaret Lageschulte in 1954, and she preceded him in death in 2003. He lived in the Lake Zurich area most of his life, where he was a machinist, and moved to Marshall two years ago.
Survivors include one daughter, Dorothy Arndt of Marshall; two granddaughters, Amy Reed (William) and Sarah Vaillancourt (Colin), both of Marshall; one sister-in-law, Evelyn England of Marshall; as well as many nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents and wife, he was preceded in death by one brother, Lloyd “Don” England; and a son-in-law, David Arndt.
