Ronald Bopp

Barrington, Illinois,Ronald B. Bopp, 78 of Barrington Born May 8, 1932 in Oak Park, IL, he passed away March 24, 2011 in Barrington. Ronald was the beloved husband for 54 years of Alice (nee McNeely), loving father of Mark, Craig (Annette), and Terry (Katie) Bopp, dear grandfather of Joshua (Luna), David (Timberline), Adam, Bethany, Ashley, Patrick, Brianna, and Nicole, cherished great-grandfather of Leilani, Naia, and Alan. He was preceded in death by his parents John and Catherine (nee Fosberg) Bopp. Ronald served in the Naval Reserves from 1951- 1953 and in the U.S. Naval Air Service from 1953- 1955, he was a member of the local VFW and a proud member and trustee of St. Matthew Lutheran Church in Barrington. Services for Ronald will take place at a later date.
