Ronald Meyer

Ronald P. Meyer, 59, of Barrington passed away in his loving wife’s arms on December 15, 2014. He was born February 16, 1955 in Chicago to Paul and Doris (nee Nelson) Meyer.

Ron graduated from the University of Wisconsin and received his Master’s from Northwestern University. His career with Nielsen Media Research spanned 23 years where he last held the position of Sr. V.P. and Director of Marketing.
On January 8, 1994 he married Sharon Fronczak at Fourth Presbyterian Church in Chicago.

Ron was a great friend who loved golf, Wisconsin sports, Biltmore Country Club, and most of all he loved his wife, Sharon.

Ron is also survived by his loving mother-in-law, Helen, cousins, Jim (late Karen), Paul (Joyce), Bonnie (Art), David (Andrea), and Kate (Brian).
He was preceded in death by his parents and older brother, Mark.

Memorial Service for Ron will be held at 11am on Friday, December 19th, at Lutheran Church of the Atonement, 909 E Main St, Barrington.
