Ronald Nunes Jr

Born December 16, 1965 in Elgin, IL to Bonnie Jean and Ronald D. Nunes, Sr , passed away unexpectedly, January 9, 2015 at his home in Crystal Lake.

Ron worked for his family's business,TC Transportation Inc., for most of his life. He was an avid hunter who enjoyed carpentry, basketball, and spending time with his sons.

Ron is survived by his sons, Ronald D. Nunes III, Brandon Lee, and Zachary Michael of Crystal Lake; parents, Bonnie and Ronald D. Nunes, Sr. of Woodstock; sisters, Susan Lynn (Edward) Younger of Fair Oaks, CA, Cathy Jean (Tony) Furao of Shingle Springs, CA, and Debra Jo (Chris) Mindham of Hebron; and many nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held from 4pm until 8pm, Tuesday, January 13, at Davenport Family Funeral Home & Crematory, 419 E. Terra Cotta (Route 176), Crystal Lake. Interment will be private.

In lieu of flowers, memorials to Ron’s surviving children would be appreciated. Checks may be made payable to Ron Nunes, Sr. and sent to him at the funeral home at the address above.
