Rosie and her husband, Don, celebrated forty years of marriage this year. They lived in Buffalo Grove, where they raised their daughters. Rosie was born and raised in Chicago, a part of St. Margaret Mary’s Parish, in Rogers Park. She is a graduate of St. Scholastica Academy.
Beautiful Rosie loved her family and would do anything for them. She was known for her big smile, hugs, and her warm and welcoming personality. Rosie was a compassionate, genuine, and supportive person, and she made everyone feel like they were a part of her family. She was an independent, strong woman, with a competitive spirit and a light that emanated love. One of her greatest joys was being “Grammie” to her granddaughters. She was known for her love of cooking, all things Christmas, and making any and every event special. Rosie was a cherished family member, friend, neighbor, and coworker who was loved by all.
