Ruth Virginia (Graf) Todd
August 25, 1930 — July 5, 2017
Ruth was born August 25, 1930 in Chicago to William and Emma Graf. She passed away peacefully Wednesday, July 5, 2017 in Lake Zurich.
Ruth loved to be on the beach in the sun, birds, dancing, and singing in the church choir at St. Margaret Mary. She was also involved in Americana Choral Group. She was a doting mother and grandmother, a Boy Scout den mother, and she was very proud of her Chicago Cubbies..
Ruth is survived by her children, Richard (fiance Shirley Weidner), James, William, and Diana (Rusty) Freund; and grandchildren, Vincent Todd, Desiree (Brandon) Larson, Shannon Freund and Courtney Freund. She was preceded in death by her parents, and sister, Helen Rolseth.
Memorial visitation will be 9:30am until the funeral mass at 10:30am, Monday, July 10, at St. Margaret Mary Catholic Church, 111 S. Hubbard St., Algonquin, IL 60102. Inurnment is private.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to St. Margaret Mary Catholic Church.
