Sandra Stonehouse (nee Anderson), 58, of Crystal Lake passed away peacefully on May 19th with her loving family by her side.
Sandy was born August 24, 1963 in Chicago to Arthur (Skip) and Helen Anderson. She had the most infectious smile that lit up the room and no matter what kind of mood you were in you were immediately laughing when Sandy was around. She enjoyed many beautiful parts of life including spending time at her family cabin with her dad, being on the lake, golfing, fishing, sweet treats, trips to the ocean with Bob and runs around the lake with her “running buddies” where they solved many life challenges together and almost always ended with coffee time together.
Sandy worked for B&Z Electric where she made many dear friends over the years. But Sandy’s greatest role in life was being the mother to Christina and Johnny and grandmother to Cole and Celine. They were the love of her life, and her entire face would light up every time she talked about them, which was always.
Sandy will be missed by her children, Christina (Chris) Holiday and Johnny; her grandchildren Cole and Celine; her parents Skip and Helen; Sandy’s supportive and caring boyfriend Bob; many cherished aunts, uncles, cousins, and her dear friends.
She was preceded in death by her grandparents, aunts and uncles.
