Scott Michael Madda, 52, of Wauconda, passed away unexpectedly, Saturday, June 20, 2015.
He was born on February 12, 1963 to James and Judy Madda, in Chicago.
Scott was a loving and caring father and friend who lived every day to the fullest, and a comedian who never took a day off. He loved to entertain everyone by flipping his eyelids, dressing in elaborate homemade costumes for Halloween, and always telling jokes. His passion for snow skiing, water skiing, snowboarding, music, and most of all driving his hot rod, made him the adventurous person we all came to admire. Scott always toasted to family and friends at special occasions and parties with the toast “Arriba, Abajo, Al Centro, Pa’ Dentro”! And now we toast him with the same robust sentiment.
Scott is survived by his loving children, Celeste Madda and Austin Madda; sisters, Patrice (Scott) Stricker, and Dana Madda; nephews, Josh Dingle and Zach Stricker; mother, Judy Madda; and former wife, Maria Madda.
He was preceded in death by his father, James Madda.
Memorial visitation will be held Friday, June 26th from 4 until a memorial service at 7p.m. at Davenport Family Funeral Home and Crematory, 419 E. Terra Cotta Ave., (Rt. 176) Crystal Lake, IL 60014. Burial will be held at Church of the Holy Apostles Catholic Cemetery, McHenry privately.
