Sharon Krasel

Sharon L. Krasel passed away peacefully December 14, 2024. She was born October 18, 1952 in Elgin and was a lifelong resident of Barrington. She is survived by her mother, Maythel Krasel; longtime partner, Tom Boarman; and many cousins. She was preceded in death by her father, Martin Krasel.

Sharon grew up in Barrington and attended Barrington schools. She worked at the Barrington Area Library for 41 years.

Visitation will be from 10am until the funeral service at 12pm Friday, December 20 at Davenport Family Funeral Home, 149 W. Main St (Lake Cook Road) Barrington. Burial will follow in White Cemetery, Cuba Township.
